The BIR is a family of practical strategic diagnostic tools aimed at identifying strengths and weaknesses in organizations.
We work to a simple model: When we have KNOWLEDGE it leads to UNDERSTANDING which leads to more effective ACTION
This means that before we do anything we need to KNOW where we are (as an organization) and what is happening. With KNOWLEDGE it is easier to UNDERSTAND what is going on and why, so any ACTION proposed or undertaken is more effective.
The normal cost of the BIR-solo is just £99 each. To use the BIR with your company will cost you from only £599 for the full 360 degree version - see the prices page for details.
You will need to input your real email address and company details to access the tool. The version you will use is our BIR-S. (Please note our software does not allow the use of free email addresses like gmail, hotmail etc) To take the BIR-solo CLICK HERE or on the BIR-solo logo on the right. This is the full strategic version of the BIR - the version we ask of strategic decision making managers and directors in a firm (staff get a reduced question set). We have found that without taking into account such strategic data any HR intervention will only ever be reactionary or at best operational. To start getting strategic any HR or people based initiative needs to be fully aligned with what is happening in the organization.
What is the BIR-solo? The BIR-solo is our single user version of our successful BIR. While the data it provides back is robust, our research has shown that the most successful business reviews and diagnostic processes involve many people from inside and outside the organization. We only use the BIR-solo as a taster tool or for students as part of their course work. We do not recommend developing business action plans on such limited data. The BIR™ has been in constant improvement and development for almost 10 years. We keep learning. The success of the product is its approach.
