Additional Courses & Modules

Many organisations employ graduates as a way of building capability within the organisation. In the past many have commissioned bespoke training for this target audience, programmes have typically been there to be an accelerated route to management. Increasingly costs for an organisation are an issue coupled with the realisation that 90% of what they want their graduates to know is relatively generic.

In answer to this challenge we have developed a range of standardised modules relevant to graduates with potential, leaving you to focus your budget on the more specialised elements of their development. Each module is only one day duration (unless otherwise stated), many have been designed for full integration with additional items like work based projects to work towards an ILM endorsed award.

While not a fixed programme, we provide a menu of programmes appropriate to this audience, from which you select the most appropriate for your needs.

Endorsement and external recognition
All of our modules are appropriate for endorsement by the ILM if required.                        ILM endorsed programme logo - Graduate Manager Courses

A programme including the above modules, linked with Action Learning Sets, the development of learning logs and a learning assignment have already been 'Endorsed' by the ILM. This is an eight day programme, integrating the modules with involvement from specialists within the business. In our experience the more involvement the organisation has the more effective the learning.ILM endorsed programme logo - Graduate manager programmes

Typical organisational involvement will include providing a manager to open each module and demonstrate the importance of the content of the day to the participants.
